Booking a session

All appointments at DIVE Healing® are scheduled through the online booking platform.

Sessions are secured at the time of booking, and fees are paid upfront to reserve your appointment. This structure supports clear boundaries and protects dedicated clinical time.

Questions before booking

Many common practical questions are answered in the FAQs section of this website, including information about fees, session structure, and policies.

If you have an administrative question that is not addressed there - for example about scheduling, invoices, or booking logistics - you are welcome to reach out via email:

The preferred method of contact is email, as it allows for clear and considered responses. Where necessary a call may be arranged for any administrative matters not answered here needing further clarification before booking your initial session.

To maintain a safe and ethical clinical container, email is reserved for administrative matters. Clinical concerns are best explored within a scheduled therapy session, where there is space to support them properly.

What happens after you book

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation and any relevant intake information.

Your first session is a space to move slowly. There is no expectation to explain everything at once. We begin by establishing safety, understanding your context, and clarifying what feels most important to you.

Therapy unfolds collaboratively and at a pace your nervous system can sustain.
