Service Description

Private Health & Medicare Rebates Accepted. One-on-one Psychological Focused Sessions tailored to your needs (offered either in person or via secure online video conference). Sessions can include the integration of various therapeutic approaches such as breath work, heart coherence training, meditation, relaxation training and sound healing therapy - to enable you to achieve your therapy goals. For ladies who need assistance resolving health difficulties such as; Past or recent trauma (eg. PTSD), phobias & anxiety, sleep difficulties, chronic stress & pain (including headaches & migraines), depression, interpersonal conflict/relationship distress, poor life satisfaction, life transition/adjustment, grief & loss, work-related stress, post-injury RTW, suicidal ideation.

Cancellation Policy

Missed Appointment Policy Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other clients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments. Appointment Cancellation / Reschedules When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow clients, please contact us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another client access to that appointment time. How to Cancel or reschedule Your Appointment If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us on (07) 5618 8882 between the hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (Brisbane - AEST). If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Late Cancellations/No-Shows A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling or rescheduling. In either case, we will charge the client a missed appointment fee. For counselling and sound healing therapy sessions this is 50% of the full session cost ($87.50). For group yoga and meditation, the full cost of the session is charged ($25).
